"Priyadarshan(hero jayasurya)" somehow touches your heart and we feel a special connection with him(jayasuryayod oru prethyeka ishtam thoonnum) The film starts with how positively priyan tackles the different situations in his life.The audience can feel both his miseries and the light in his heart together.(hats off to the director for that).Unlike todays youth in kerala who prefers only white collar jobs He finds passion in whatever job he does and is loved by everyone and thats what gives him the title "janapriyan".Jayasurya acts with ease of how to put your life altogether again from complete misery and debt that his suicided father has left behind.

I thought The film crashed at the box office when i heard that such a good film has succumbed to a Noon Show only in a Nearby B-Grade Theatre (Kanoos in Kochi).But now the mass has have realised its worth and now its in a mainstream theatre.Thank the masses.The same happened to another brilliant film "melvilasam" which also had the same faith due to the same reason .Lack of Publicity .is also hopefully re-releasing next month.may it also catch up like Janapriyan and cocktail(super film ,no publicity)
