Gautam Govinda Directed By Gautam Verma is An Action Movie. Script is Good But Screenplay is Weak. Story is Interesting But Poor Execution Ruins The Movie.

A Small Village Somewhere In North East India Is Ruled By Landowner Sagar. Sagar Has Step Brother Named Gautam. Sagar is Cruel Towards The Villagers. He Exploits Them. Govinda Comes To Rescue The People Of The Village. He Stays & Becomes Threat For The Land Lord Sagar.Later Sagar Comes To Know That Govinda is lookalike of Gautam So He Has A Plan. He Wants To Eliminate Gautam & Become Heir Of Whole Property. So How Gautam & Govinda Takle Sagar & Are Gautam Govinda Brothers Or Same Person ?

Mithun As Govinda is Good. Gautam Has Only Two Scenes. Aditya Pancholi As Sagar is As Usual. Ishrat Ali As Mama Is Hilarious. Rest Are OK.

Music Is Good But The Lyrics is Absurd. So Songs Sound Good But Words Does't. Overall Watchable For Mithun Fans. Plot Given In Wikipedia is Of Old Gautam Govinda Starring Shashi Kapoor & Shatrughan Sinha Movie Avoid It.
