Filmed in two days in San Marcos, Texas, predominately at Texas State University.
Over 20 scripts were submitted, but Emery Jones' "Haven" won the final slot.
On December 7th, 2021, Film Club hosted a one-time screening of "Haven." Over 200 audience members attended.
Film Club at Texas State's first Club-Wide Short Film, meaning each member was given the opportunity to participate. Counting both cast and crew, there were almost 100 club members that worked on the short.
Both Emery Jones and Miranda Wachtler's directorial debut.
