Every 5 minutes this commercial plays on Prime. It keeps me up at night. I wondered if I was missing something so I tried to watch it. The relentless bombardment had its effect however, and I found myself disliking the show, the cast, the acting, and even Rome before I could try to like it. Even as I write this the commercial has come on once more to haunt me! Why oh why does Amazon Prime do this to a show? I highly recommend multiple commercials that can add variety or interest to a show rather than this relentless and seemingly endless torture of a single commercial every waking moment of the day or night. Viva Roma is firmly imprinted in my soul forever and I can't do nothing more than hope and pray that a season 2 will not happen to find peace at last!
If the ad showed once in a while, fine, but during a 30 minute show with 3-4 ad breaks, this is THE ONLY AD. I'm so sick of hearing it every 7 min or less. I can't even imagine watching it.
As as I type this, here it is again. "A few months ago I was an ordinary kid. Then I moved to Rome! That's where dad met Francesca. Did I mention Francesca is a pop star?! Maybe I'll be a pop star some day too! For now I'm just going to make the best of it! Viva Roma!!"
I will now never be able to visit Rome because this ad is burned into my brain forever. Which is a shame, because Rome is, I'm sure, a beautiful city with rich history, landscapes, architecture, food...

I think I've seen the commercial a thousand times and STILL HAVE NO NEED to watch. All the reviews on here are about how terrible the ads are for this. I would rather watch grass grow with screaming in the background for hours than watch another one of this painful worthless show. Desperate losers, just let the show go belly up already. If you think that advertising constantly will make grown adults watch a pre teen movie about a bunch of narcissistic characters you must be wasted. I need more words on this or it won't be posted so here it goes and stuff and things and all that, thanks for driving us all crazy.
Would possibly give it a try, but the constant commercials are destroying my intention. It's on Prime every 4-5 minutes. The storyline is ridiculous. Dad and daughter go to Rome. HE married a Rock Star? Daughter is taking over ROMA with HER MUSIC. Look and style is a take off of Miley Cyrus and her pigeon toed stance. Hair in top knots. I am just frustrated at the CONSTANT interruptions of this shows commercials. Try to watch ANYTHING and Home Sweet Rome shows up. Sometimes back to back advertising. Come on Prime. Give it a rest. Overkill is putting it mildly. I have to mute every time it shows up. Viva Roma is actually making me run for the woods. Plus I have NEVER heard of these cast members. Being a Baby Boomer you grow up on regular shows and get to know lead actors. Or character actors by name and/ or face. Now you don't know anyone.

A series that I really liked, mainly because it gives a very good feeling to watch each episode, the entire recording part is very good, the recording locations were really cool along with the matching scene, some points that I consider important in this series, A very important point is that in each episode you have a life lesson, a way of showing whoever is watching a way to learn how to deal with different situations in a better way, and also the part where a specific problem actually happens, it was spent in a lighter way, not so heavy, but at the same time you can feel the importance of this moment and what the person is going through.
The actors are fantastic, the entire cast is good and is very good at all times, I also really liked Gloria Colston who is very beautiful and has great talent, Kensington Tallman, Ava Ro All 3 are perfect all the time
The entire series is good to watch, and there should be more series like this, mainly because I also really like it when it is produced in Europe, it seems to be more special and unique, which is really cool.
