Hime falls down stairs onto a girl named Mai, breaking her arm. Mai reveals she manages Café Liebe, a cafe where waitresses cosplay as students of fictional Liebe Academy. Unable to work injured, Mai and waitress Sumika guilt Hime into working at the café until her arm heals.
Mai asks Hime not to tell anyone that she works at the café, since having friends as customers can disrupt the atmosphere. However, Kanoko follows Hime to work and becomes the newest waitress. Hime gets scolded by Mitsuki for her mistakes.
Tired of Mitsuki's criticisms, Hime puts extra effort into her façade in order to get the girl to like her. She explains to Kanoko that people who dislike her are the ones she needs to win over the most. A past connection is revealed.
Mitsuki reveals her full name and Hime remembers an important memory from their shared past. The two were once friends, but a misunderstanding and subsequent betrayal tore them apart. Unaware of the truth, the girls still hate each other.
Hime and Mitsuki struggle to conceal their anger towards each other at work, causing both the staff and the customers to take notice. Mai, Sumika, and Kanoko try to resolve the tension, prompting the two girls to finally speak alone.
Upset that Mitsuki is once again being treated as the villain, Hime does her best to dispel the rumors and help her. The situation leads to a declaration from both girls, with two different meanings. Sumika takes an interest in Kanoko.
The Blume election is underway as the staff and customers begin to cast their votes. Sumika tries to be friendly to Kanoko, who gets nervous talking to anyone besides Hime. Kanoko worries about what Sumika may have seen on her phone.

The Blume election results are in and the winner establishes a new rule. Sumika and Kanoko have a heart-to-heart, marking a turning point in their relationship. A new Schwestern pair is formed.
