During production of the street scene where Vic D. Vine's character has Jake Kowalke and Josh Schauder's characters by their necks, scared neighbors phoned the police thinking a significantly older and stronger man was strangling these two young boys in real life. Luckily the producers were on hand to avert any arrest.
