Director Pedring Lopez (“Darkroom” “Nilalang”) has completed production on his most recent project “Maria”. The Action/Thriller stars Christine Reyes as Maria, a wife and mother living an idyllic existence until her past as an assassin destroys her life and sets her on a path of revenge against her previous employer.

“Maria” is set for a theatrical release on March 27th, 2019. A trailer for the film has been released and can be viewed below.

Ruel Bayani's No Other Woman has supposedly earned for itself the distinction of being the highest grossing Filipino movie of all time, for now.
