This short is an outtake from the Mr. Bean series episode 1.6, where only the beginning (running to the bus stop and miming to the man about losing his car keys in a street drain and then being blocked from getting on the bus because it's full) and ending (frantically wandering back and forth looking at the bus schedule) are shown.
