It is the year 2019. Sky-Net is closing in on John Connor. Fortunately, some help is being sent, from the future...
Given that no one else have left a review, I have no clue why such a statistically large number of people rated this a 1. Even if you hate the humor, and I will grant that it is all very silly, you gotta admit this is well-produced. The music fits perfectly. It's filmed and edited rather well. This genuinely feels like the comedy younger brother to the movies. I don't know why it's being treated like a red-headed stepchild. The setting is fairly low budget, but does imitate the original. Some of the comedy involves badass action. Didn't know Perrette(NCIS' Abby) could do such a solid Sarah impersonation. The running time is 6 minutes, the last half of which is end credits. For that, it could do with a little trimming down. Too much of this is based around the idea of taking Terminators protecting humans, something that a lot of us boys and men from late childhood and onwards think is really awesome, and subverting it, with a protector that only a young kid would think was cool. That's a two line joke, not material for an entire sketch.
This features some bloody violence and strong language. I recommend this to fans of the franchise, and of parody. 7/10.
