The fourth episode, The Endless War deals with the battle on Hamburger Hill. Dylan McDermott, who is the voice of James Anderson, got his first movie role in the 1987 film about Hamburger Hill.
Edward Burns portrays Joe Galloway. In We Were Soldiers (2002) Barry Pepper plays Joe Galloway. Both actors starred in Saving Private Ryan (1998)
