Ive seen a lot of these made for tv thrillers. But something about this one seemed even more unrealistic then the others. So theres this woman called audrey she runs a class for mothers after giving birth, where none of the woman even look like they have given birth before. Her husband matt seems a bit of a wet blanket. We also have an ex convict called brookyln, who somehow instantly gets a job doing the tech for audrey, which makes matt feel out of place, things happen and he gets accused of stuff which aubrey believes despite knowing matt for ten years. Acting is not believable and the events leading up to what brookyln does are just so strange and overall a werid film but the plot had a good premise overall so not completly bad.

Absolutely no one could be this stupid. A successful business owner hires an assistant without running a bakground check ... gives her a house key ... trusts the stranger more than her own husband ... YIKES! The capper is the chase scene where the vicious, diabolical murderess chases a running mom who is pushing a stroller with the baby in the stroller! Also, the police officer is a legitimate comic. He goes off on a tangent on the disarray in his car's trunk while an hysterical woman waits to hear his explanation of her baby's status. Later he tears the baby from mom and says, "You've got to calm down!". No one involved in this film should ever work again.

This movie is the reason why I created this account. Seeing the way the characters were written was one of the most painful thing to watch. The context, the casting, the acting and directing are not too bad for a movie of this ambition. But the story and how the characters navigate through it is fustrating, the characters give their best in order to be on the wrong end of the gun all the time. The tension that is supposed to come from this is completely artificial, and with actually tangible characters, each peak conflict would have ended in a way that the baddie would at least have suspicion put on her shoulders. This is a world where foolishness is the norm, and this large issue occults everything good that the movie has to offer, which there is not a huge lot of, but stays acceptable.

These thrillers are usually so fun. And this one started out very good. I was excited to see the relationships grow. But the acting wasn't very good. And unfortunately there were too many glaring potholes to get into it. I enjoy thrillers that have parent relationships, so this one seemed right up my alley. The daughter mother relationship can be so important in movies and sometimes this movie gets it right. They had a chance to explore family dynamics, but it fell on bad filmmaking. The ex convict was hard to believe. I appreciate them telling this story though. I like these twists and drama connections, so was happy to watch.
