Hallmark fans will recall the popular Signed, Sealed, Delivered star, Eric Mabius, or know him for his role in the ABC sitcom, Ugly Betty.

Now, Mabius has found himself behind bars after he was arrested on Thursday, February 20, in Florida.

According to TMZ, the actor who has also starred in Haul Out the Holly and its sequel, was arrested on Thursday and booked into Nassau County Jail and Detention Center before 6 am. Mabius is facing two misdemeanor charges: battery and resisting an officer without violence.

While so far, what has happened is unclear, Mabius’ mug shot reveals a cut by his right eye and the fact that he is not happy.

Eric Mabius has been arrested for alleged battery in Nassau County, Florida.

The Ugly Betty actor was arrested just after 2am in the early hours of Thursday morning before he was booked at Nassau County Jail and Detention Center at 5:45am on two misdemeanor charges.

He’s facing a battery charge and resisting arrest without violence, both misdemeanors for which he is awaiting trial. In a mugshot, Mabius sports a black eye.

Mabius is known for playing Daniel Meade on ABC’s Ugly Betty for its four-season run from 2006 to 2010, as well as his recurring roles on The L Word, The O.C. and Chicago Fire. He also starred as Oliver O’Toole in Hallmark Channel’s Signed, Sealed, Delivered, as well as the subsequent film franchise.

Veteran television star Eric Mabius has been arrested in Florida following some sort of violent confrontation.

Multiple outlets are now confirming that the actor — who’s been a regular on such shows as Ugly Betty and Chicago Fire — has been charged with assault.

Details of his arrest are scarce at the moment.

But judging by his mugshot, Mabius absorbed quite a few blows during the conflict that landed him in police custody.

TMZ, which was one of the first outlets to publish Mabius’ mugshot, reports that he was arrested for “battery and resisting an officer without violence.”

So it’s safe to assume he sustained his injuries before police arrived on the scene.

A chance encounter on Valentine’s Day brings them together as they race through New York City to return a lost engagement ring and save one couple’s special day.

Hallmark+ is set to launch on September 10, 2024, with a new series, The Chicken Sisters, and an unscripted series with Lacey Chabert.

Formerly known as Hallmark Movies Now, the streamer has a great lineup for fans including new movie, original series and more. Read on to find out what you can expect from Hallmark+ when it kicks off on September 10.

The original series The Chicken Sisters is based on the New York Times bestseller by Kj Dell’Antonia. Starring Schuyler Fisk, Genevieve Angelson, Lea Thompson and Wendie Malick, the series tells the story of Merinac, where a generations-old rift between dueling fried chicken restaurants – Mimi’s and Frannie’s – has left the founders’ families fractured and the locals taking sides. The Chicken Sisters premieres on September 12, with new episodes dropping every Thursday.

Hallmark+ will launch just in time for the slew of fall TV debuts.

On September 10, the on-demand streaming app, currently titled Hallmark Movies Now, will be rebranded. Original series “The Chicken Sisters,” based on the New York Times bestseller by Kj Dell’Antonia, will debut at launch. New episodes of the drama, which stars Schuyler Fisk, Genevieve Angelson, Lea Thompson and Wendie Malick, will then drop every Thursday starting on September 12.

The unscripted series “Celebrations with Lacey Chabert” will also be available at launch, with the Hallmark staple as the host. The 10-episode aspirational series will follow as Chabert surprises deserving heroes with a celebration of a lifetime. New episodes will be released every Thursday.

Hallmark Media’s on-demand streaming service is getting a facelift: Hallmark Movies Now is being rebranded as Hallmark+ starting Sept. 10, and will incorporate ad-free viewing with retail and product benefits, TVLine has learned.

Currently, plans for on-demand service Hallmark Movies Now begin at $5.99 a month or $59.99 for a year; Hallmark+ plans will start at $7.99 per month or $79.99 per year. According to the report, the membership includes exclusive benefits and rewards, including monthly $5 Hallmark Gold Crown Store coupons, free unlimited eCards, rewards for shopping and surprise gifts.

Hallmark Channel announced today that production is set to begin on His & Hers (working title), a new, original movie starring Lacey Chabert and Brennan Elliott.

The two starred in the All My Heart series of films, cementing their on-screen chemistry, and later starred together to solve mysteries on Hallmark Mysteries.

They are an unbeatable duo for Hallmark Media, and now we can look forward to more on-screen magic.

Set to premiere later this year during the network’s annual Fall into Love programming event, the movie reunites Hallmark’s beloved on-screen couple Chabert and Elliott for the 10th time since their first on-screen pairing back in 2015.

Exclusive: Melissa Peterman is reuniting with Reba McEntire in the latter’s as-yet-untitled NBC multi-cam comedy pilot alongside Blue Beetle star Belissa Escobedo.

Peterman and McEntire co-starred in the country legend’s eponymous TV series from 2001 to 2007 from executive producers Kevin Abbott, Michael Hanel and Mindy Schultheis, who are also back together for the new project alongside new addition, Julie Abbott. The project is produced by Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group.

The pilot follows Bobbie (McEntire) who inherits her father’s restaurant and is less than thrilled to discover that she has a new business partner in the half-sister she never knew she had.

Hallmark Media announced on Monday that there's a lot more Lacey Chabert on the way with the launch of Celebrations with Lacey Chabert.

The 10-episode series is hosted and executive-produced by Chabert and is set to premiere in 2024 on streaming.

The series will "follow the beloved Hallmark Channel star, designer and philanthropist as she surprises deserving kids, families and adults who are making a positive impact in their communities by throwing them the celebration of a lifetime," according to the network's official description.
