The outfit Lisa is wearing when she burns down the house is different to the outfit she is wearing when Tionne & Chilli find her in the woods. The outfit is in fact the same outfit that Lisa wore when she confronted Andre & his mistress.
You can see the reflection of the camera man in the glass as he pans around during scene where Pebbles was talking to the girls in the studio after she yelled at them.
