Official submission of Romania for the 'Best Foreign Language Film' category of the 86th Academy Awards in 2014.
In Italy the title was re-written with a typo in it ('Il Caso Kerenes' instead of the correct spelling of the family name Keneres) and the film was advertised on posters and published on DVD with this typo there.
