On July 2022, a video from the shooting showing a presidential character wounded on the ground in what appears that he suffered an assassination attempt leaked to the public and was widely shared on social medias prompting a huge outcry since most people associated the scene as a violent incitation against president Jair Bolsonaro, a couple of months before the re-election campaign and election. The film producers replied that the scene was completely taken out of context from the film's idea and in no way was intended to create fake news.
