Synopsis
A mysterious girl is found living in a forest in Latvia. After being captured by the police she is taken to a mental institution in Riga. She doesn’t speak, but seems to understand everything. She doesn’t sleep, but never acts tired. Who is she and where is she from? Could she be connected to the disappearance of a little girl in the same area 20 years earlier? Most important, is she dangerous?

If you ask me – the answer is definitely yes, and just in case you have any doubts about this project – I’m here to share the first official teaser trailer for the whole thing, as well as some pretty cool images from the movie which is apparently still shooting in Latvia.

Hybrid Vigor Films announced today that Brandon Fowler, the director of the upcoming Latvian horror/drama Hybrid Vigor has launched the official first teaser for the film. You can find it inside.
The film is described as a story about life, death, violence, morality, immortality, love, and loss in the Ussr during Soviet times, and in present day Latvia. It's the story of a mysterious girl found living in a remote Latvian forest who is captured by police and taken to a mental institution in Riga, Latvia. Things are looking great for the Latvian horror film Hybrid Vigor. Not only did it actually exceed its Kickstarter goal (wow!), it was also named Indiewire's Project of the Week. Nicely done!

The highly successful crowd funding campaign for the violent feature film, written and directed by Brandon Fowler, Hybrid Vigor is quickly coming to an end.
With less than 41 hours to go, the Hybrid Vigor Kickstarter campaign has 781 backers with $44,793 pledged of $50,000 goal.
This project, which offers amazing perks to anyone who donates will only be funded if at least $50,000 is pledged by Thursday Jul 26, 4:20pm Edt.
