Lynn Ban had been skiing when the accident happened. Fortunately, she wasn’t as badly hurt as Bachelor in Paradise star Dean Unglert Bell a few years ago. His injury happened in Switzerland. However, she required urgent surgery in a trauma hospital.

Lynn Ban of Bling Empire: New York fame recently shared a harrowing post on Instagram. In a lengthy post, she shared that she had been injured on Christmas Eve. As she described, it eventually became clear the situation was more dire than it first appeared.

The jewelry designer “faceplanted” down the mountain on vacation with her family in Aspen. The Netflix reality star said “it didn’t seem that bad at the time,” noting she was wearing a helmet and was able to ski down the rest of the slope.
