"Kennesaw: One Last Mountain" is an excellent dramatic presentation of the Civil War in 1864 and the role played by Kennesaw Mountain during the Atlanta Campaign. Several "untold stories" are included. Local Cobb County residents, unlikely combatants and the aftermath of the battle.
Scenes from the film are also incorporated in to the PBS mini-series: "The Civil War Untold Story." Spring 2014.
Three important encounters are included: Kolb's Farm, Cheatham Hill and Pigeon Hill.
The film plays daily in the Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park Visitors Center. Showings are hourly at quarter past the hour 9:15am - 4:15pm.
