Knowing the difference between HIGH impact and LOW impact exercise - AND being able to tell when your body has had enough (or NOT enough!) is an important part of ensuring that YOUR parts stay healthy while following an exercise program. It shouldn't take getting hit by a wrecking ball to know when you've pushed too far.
