But she wants the world to know that she doesn’t hate Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar.
In recent weeks, Jinger has been busily promoting her new self-help book, People Pleaser: Breaking Free from the Burden of Imaginary Expectations. And the press tour has resulted in some of the most candid interviews and Q&a sessions of her career.

Valentine’s Day is a holiday that inspires strong opinions, but few have been as candid as Ashton Kutcher about their dislike for the day of love. The actor, known for his witty humor and laid-back attitude, had revealed his strong feelings towards the day in an old interview. Kutcher’s aversion to Valentine’s Day is likely to amuse his wife, Mila Kunis, who has a more relaxed approach to the occasion.

Rather than giving in to the annual pressure to show affection on a single day, Kutcher advocates for a more authentic approach to romance. And, in typical Kutcher fashion, he’s not shy about calling out what he believes is wrong with the tradition. The actor’s candid remarks about the holiday, combined with his quirky sense of humor, are sure to leave the audience with a...

President Trump said Wednesday that he’d been “unanimously” elected to lead the board of the Kennedy Center, completing his takeover of the Washington, D.C. cultural center.
The move, which the president announced on his social media site Truth Social, comes after Trump moved to oust members of the organization’s board who had been appointed by his predecessor, Joe Biden.
“It is a Great Honor to be Chairman of The Kennedy Center, especially with this amazing Board of Trustees,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “We will make The Kennedy Center a very special and exciting place!”
On Monday, Trump announced that Richard Grenell, who serves as his envoy for special missions, would be the interim executive director of the Kennedy Center. Updated, with additional comment: Donald Trump continued his takeover of the Kennedy Center today, as he named loyalist Ric Grenell to serve as interim executive director.
Trump wrote on Truth Social, “I am pleased to announce that Ric Grenell will serve as the Interim Executive Director of The Kennedy Center. Ric shares my Vision for a Golden Age of American Arts and Culture, and will be overseeing the daily operations of the Center. No More Drag Shows, Or Other Anti-american Propaganda — Only The Best. Ric, Welcome To Show Business!”
There is no executive director position at the Kennedy Center. Deborah Rutter currently serves as president of the arts institution, and it is unclear what her status is. In January, she announced plans to step down at the end of the year.
Grenell served as U.S. ambassador to Germany and acting director of national intelligence in Trump’s first administration.

Antonio Banderas had that kind of charm that made even Madonna shoot her shot — publicly. The pop icon was absolutely smitten, and she wasn’t exactly subtle about it. The only problem? Melanie Griffith wasn’t having any of it. Banderas’ wife at the time made sure to keep stuff in check and let’s just say things got so awkward that she ended up being banned from Madonna’s set.

When you’ve got the Madonna openly crushing on your man, you know he’s got some serious magnetism. Too bad for her — Banderas was already off the market, and Griffith made sure it stayed that way.

Walking away from NCIS after over a decade? Yeah, that’s not the kind of move you make on a whim. Michael Weatherly knew he had a big decision on his hands, so he did what any logical person would — he went straight to Dr. Phil for some real talk. Because let’s be honest, leaving behind Tony Dinozzo to jump into a brand-new CBS show wasn’t exactly a no-brainer.

Weatherly had a couple of burning questions before diving into Bull, and if anyone knows how to break things down, it’s TV’s favorite therapist. Safe to say, Dr. Phil’s advice played a part in Weatherly’s next big chapter.

French singer-writer-composer Charles Dumont, who is best known for co-writing Édith Piaf classic Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien, has died at the age of 95 after a long illness.
Dumont, who was born in the French city of Cahors in 1929, developed an early passion for jazz and trained first to be a trumpet player at the Toulouse Music Conservatory.
He moved to Paris after Word War Two, where he continued his music career but had to abandon the trumpet after an operation on his tonsils. He then pivoted to the piano and composition writing.

Chris Evans played Steve Rogers / Captain America throughout the first three phases of the MCU. After sacrificing years of his life to save people, Rogers makes a personal choice for himself at the end of Avengers: Endgame. However, unlike his character, Evans has yet to make the right choice for himself, particularly in selecting good roles.

Evans’ post-mcu box office only has one hit, Knives Out, where he played the villain Hugh “Ransom” Drysdale (not including the Deadpool & Wolverine cameo). He mostly chose direct-to-home releases after Endgame, most of which were not critics’ favorites.

In need of a warm hug? How about from a robot? It doesn’t get cozier than the utterly lovely Maybe Happy Ending, the cyborg-centric musical with a miniature cast and a gigantic heart now playing at the Belasco Theatre. And if you find yourself melting with just a few flourishes from the strings section, blame Will Aronson, the composer of what’s surely the lushest score to reach Broadway since Adam Guettel’s The Light in the Piazza nearly 20 years ago. Maybe Happy Ending is a throwback, in a sense, laced with croony jazz touches to boot, but it induces a toasty nostalgia through the lens of a colder vision of the future.

Actor Nathan Fillion was very close to Joss Whedon, who helped give him his big break with Firefly. Even though the sci-fi show didn’t last long, Fillion and Whedon would work together on a few other projects over the years. But one Whedon project was initially a nightmare for Fillion.

The 2013 feature Much Ado About Nothing differed greatly from Whedon’s and Fillion’s usual collaborations. Look no further than Agent Recon, the latest release featuring none other than Expendables 2 star Chuck Norris. The actor, who lit up screens and filled our hearts with adrenaline as a stunt performer rebel alongside Bruce Lee, rocketed to legendary status through iconic films like The Way of the Dragon.

Alas, Norris’ latest venture, Agent Recon, hasn’t exactly been met with rousing applause. The actor’s performance has been described as “largely motionless” with his almost mannequin-like presence on screen. With a core story based around the themes of Pinocchio, Lies of P naturally gives players several opportunities to put their morality to the test by giving them the option to lie during certain conversations. NPCs are greatly affected by what you say to them, and their stories often branch in a specific direction based on your response.
There are three possible endings to Lies of P, which are largely determined by how often you tell lies or the truth throughout your playthrough. While one of these conclusions boils down to a choice separate from your dialogue choices, the other two reflect the personality of the character you've crafted.
Related Lies of P: How to Beat Simon Manus, Arm Of God (Boss Fight)

At the beginning of Act Two of “Merrily We Roll Along,” Jonathan Groff, Daniel Radcliffe, Lindsay Mendez and other ensemble members sing “It’s A Hit!,” celebrating the successful opening of characters Charlie and Frank’s first Broadway musical. Indeed, one could say the same about this revival of “Merrily,” not just because of its smash box office receipts, but also because of the seven Tony Awards nominations that it received on April 30. This recognition from New York theatre’s highest honor is a true redemption for the show, whose original production was a notorious flop for composer Stephen Sondheim and director Hal Prince that ran only 16 regular performances and earned only a single bid for Sondheim’s original score. But how does this production’s Tony success compare to other recent revivals of the late composer’s works?

The red carpet will soon roll out for the 77th Festival de Cannes. The international film festival, playing out May 14-25, has a distinct American voice this year. “Barbie” filmmaker Greta Gerwig is the first U.S. female director name jury president. Many veteran American helmers are heading to the French Rivera resort town. George Lucas, who turns 80 on May 14, will receive an honorary Palme d’Or. Francis Ford Coppola’s much-anticipated “Megalopolis” is screening in competition, as is Paul Schrader’s “Oh Canada.” Kevin Costner’s new Western “Horizon, An American Saga” will premiere out of competition and Oliver Stone’s “Lula” is part of the special screening showcase.

Today, Netflix debuted the official trailer for Dead Boy Detectives, premiering globally on Netflix on Thursday, April 25.
The eclectic composition of characters, based on the beloved comics by Neil Gaiman and brought to life by co-showrunners Steve Yockey and Beth Schwartz, provides the series with fun, whimsy, humor, and fantastical horror that all come together in perfectly imperfect harmony.
Try not to fall in love with the dead boy detectives and their crew in this trailer as they solve mystifying paranormal cases to the tune of a wonderfully nostalgic rendition of My Chemical Romance’s anthemic ode to the afterlife, “Welcome to the Black Parade.”
Do you have a pesky ghost haunting you? Has a demon stolen your core memories? You may want to ring the Dead Boy Detectives.
Meet Edwin Payne (George Rexstrew) and Charles Rowland (Jayden Revri), “the brains” and “the brawn” behind the Dead Boy Detectives agency.
