I Imagine this was filmed on a cell phone, maybe even a flip phone from the 90's. The sound is awful, the background noise (traffic, air- conditioning, etc) overwhelms the actors' voices. The video editing and "special effects" are on a high school level. I feel bad so much effort was wasted on such an annoyingly bad production. Don't waste your time watching it or a least consider yourself warned. This is not a sleeper, or a cult classic. It won't appeal to eccentric viewers from an obscure group. It's just bad plain and simple. So again; not worth your time. Unless your into really bad movies, then your in luck. One good thing tho the cover art is awesome.

Ante' is the story of two brothers....it's just two brothers. That's the best thing I can say about the plot of this "film", which clocks in at a balmy 52 minute runtime. In fact, the runtime may be one of this movie's only saving graces as it limits your exposure to this unmitigated trainwreck. I can only surmise based on the credits that this was envisioned and produced by one guy who has tricked himself into believing that he is living in a season of The Sopranos.
The plot is beyond incomprehensible, with a cast of characters longer than the Declaration of Independence that are never introduced or explained to the viewer. Not that you would be able to get any of that if the characters had told you anyway, because the dialogue in Ante' is so atrocious that you will struggle to hear anything other than the ambient noise of cars in the background and air conditioners. Even in the indoor scenes, the microphone used must have been the one built into the camera used to record this nightmare because everyone sounds so quiet and so far away that you can't tell what they're saying, made worse by the complete lack of subtitles.
A glorified home movie masquerading as a "film", this is really just one guy's vehicle to put as many of his friends and family on camera as possible without any of the creativity needed to do so in a worthwhile way.
Best moment: The ending, which is also intended to be the climax of the film, which lasts for approximately 45 seconds before the credits roll.
