Aaron Dekker (DaniÃ«l Boissevain) is Holland's most successful singer. Despite multi-platinum selling records, number one hit singles and sold-out concerts he doesn't seem to get any fun out of it. Aaron is increasingly wondering wether this life as a celebrity suits his down-to-earth character. He is also having trouble finding the right balance between this busy career and his personal life, where he doesn't seem to make enough time for his wife Eva (Femke Lakerveld).

Aaron's manager wants him to keep on going and so does his dad. But his wife rather sees him quit his career and leave this celeb life behind him.

Aaron feels himself caught between contrasting opinions of the people who the most dear to him and only one question rises: how long can he keep this up?
