This is a wonderful glimpse at paramedicine in 4 different countries around the world: Italy (Venice), Pakistan, Mexico, and the US (Hawaii). The whole film jumps from country to country with clips touching on similar themes. It's interesting to see similarities as well as stark contrasts at times. There are not really any attempts in the film to go deep into the story of any one patient or call, you just go along got the ride and get bits and pieces of everything. I would recommend this film to anybody, but it you are involved in paramedicine then I highly recommend it.
