Julayi is a Throughly Entertaining Movie with Rib Tickling Comedy and Dialogues.

Julayi is Trivikram's Magic all the way, he deserves 100% accolades for his story telling , dialogues and screenplay. The first half of the movie runs at a decent pace and entertains you thoroughly with Trivikram's punch dialogues in comedy. The second half has good comedy as well with action . The movie lacks the romantic scenes between the lead pair and definitely Illeana failed to give a glamorous performance. Though we will feel that there is lack of gripping scenes and most of the things happen very easily for the hero, one of the scene to mention which describes the whole AP State police is helping him without any proper reasoning or logic and you will feel disconnected from the movie a bit and is not convincing but given the entertainment quotient we can ignore them.

Julayi has all the elements to become a Super Hit or Even a Blockbuster if it was more gripping and had some emotions to it, Telugu Audience likes emotions and sentiments which were totally missing here . It would have been nice to see some gripping sequences but the Director main concentration was on Entertainment and he delivered it with fulfillment. Some of the scenes in the movie does not exhibit the necessary logic but things always happen in favor of the Hero.

The entertainment portion of the movie is on par with the blockbusters like Dhookudu and Gabbar Singh, and Julayi has all the ingredients of a successful movie. It has all the commercial elements of a successful movie and will definitely become one of the Best in Allu Arjuna nd Trivikram's career so far.

On the whole Julai is "You ll scold him, but u ll like him" kind.

Starring: Allu Arjun,Ileana,Sonu Sood,Rajendra Prasad,Kota ,Brahmi & others Genre: Action/Comedy Story,Screenplay and Direction: Trivikram Srinivas Producer: S. RadhaKrishna Music: DSP Certification:U Release Date: 09/08/2012 Premise:

Raju believes in not believing the beliefs of regular life. Sweating for money is against his rules. But can risk it for quick bucks. His life converges with a robber who robbed a bank. The ranginess of these two with their way of reaching the end point is the plot. Synopsis:

Antagonist Protagonist Clash is the force of the film. Both seem to be aiming at same target but with different approach. Director implemented it efficiently. He took the help of his mind and more of pen to make it convincing. Theater was eulogizing for each and every knock dialog. In fact his dialogs are better seen and heard than written. It's a verbal feast with hero like Arjun doing no mistake to cop the expectations in every department. He tried his level best for proving the mettle and his desperation for a hit. There weren't any heavy performance oriented scenes or dialogs in the film. Bunny did his part quiet well. Ileana appeared famish and very thin though in some scenes she was look able. Rajendra Prasad lived to the mark. Whatever audience expect with this combination, AA and Trivikram, it's all there. Barini, Kota, Brahmi have their share under Trivikram's tree and others are enjoyable too.Shyam and Chota K .Naidu shared the camera work and presented the movie at level7 visual treat. DSP is energetic."Pakdo Pakdo is rocking num…….." so were the others. Action scenes went slightly over reality but still doable.

Trivikram didn't turn up after Kaleja and AA didn't turn up with a decent hit since few films. Both of them took utter care in religious handling of their jobs. Trivikram can be called the director with best "convincing" skills in industry. He is lucky as he is a writer himself so visualization is first on the paper while he writes down. But Khaleja seems to have everything in it still couldn't score .Same with his dialog work for TeenMaar. This time by teaming up with Allu Arjun and title like "JULAE" he made best use of his every ability. Two persons doing unlawful things still try to follow their own law. This is how story drives and later take turns. Sonu Sood character doesn't seem to be so much to be hated though he is the villain and Arjun cannot be taken side even he is the hero, such was pen work by Trivikram. There was a good clarity about the characters so audience wouldn't get confused. Arjun lend his hand in every move to make it appear impressive. Arjun was good looking and matured. Dance numbers are slightly below his usual energy levels, but still they didn't go overboard. Teaming up with DSP for a song is creative idea.Rajendra Prasad was used at his fullest, the veteran can still handle some more space .But as it's a commercial number he spaced himself. Movie seems to have good following in all centres from A-Z. On the whole Julai is "You ll scold him, but u ll like him" kind.

    Average but fun treat.

The best successful mantra for Telugu Directors these days.. copying from various films and "Julaayi" is no exception in this genre.

Trivikram. What Happened 2 U! Julayi is a mix bag of Hollywood Films. Allu Arjun- Sherlock Holmes. Sonu Sood- Prof.Moriarty+Joker(Dark Knight). Rajendra Prasad- Watson. Introduction Scene- Dark Knight Joker bank robbery Scene(COPY). Julayi Title Song Steps- Step Up-2(Copy). Car Chase Scene- 'Red' movie car chase scene+'2012' movie 'Car through Falling Building' scene(Copy). 'Money on fire' scene and villain calling hero- Dark Knight(Copy). Hero and Villain head 2 head scenes- The Mechanic(Theme Copy)+Sherlock Holmes'A game of Shadows'(Copy). Ileana-Jalsa characterization and Looks(Xerox Copy).

But Trivikram own talent is duologue's which is the main asset for this movie.

Go and watch and get load of entertainment

Julayi is basically a fun-feat to all the audience who expects most of satirical dialogues from the So called dialogues magician maestro Trivikram. The first half will just passes off with a blink of an eye. However, action scenes should have been much better. The sixth-sense of the protagonist is justified. The actual twist in the tale will be in the second half where Rao Ramesh joins in hand with Sonu Sood to robber the 1500 crores. Allu Arjun's power pack performance added the flovour of Trivikram's satirical dialogues. Songs picturisation is becoming better and better for TFI which gives toughest competition with BFI. Bramhanandam's shooting episode with Hemalatha (totally a misconception from Bhrahmi and hemalatha's point of views) is just hilarious. Illeana was just too skinny. However her acting skills are impressive as usual. Tanikella Bharani is excellent. M.S Narayana is good. Dharmavarapu is OK. Kota excelled as usually. Brahmaji justified his role. Last but not the least, a special appreciation to be given to Natakireeti Rajendraprasad who has excelled with his performance as timid Police Officer. Rao Ramesh is good. To conclude this, there is less chaos with more entertainment unlike the other films coming out from TFI now. The appropriate synonym of "Julayi" would be "Medhavi" as protagonist always foresees the next step of Antagonist. Trivikram has bagged a sure hit in his basket. The final verdict is "Just go and watch this movie with family to share the fun-feat entertainment to your family members as well"

A Perfect medley of Hollywood films

It is very disgusting to watch an "innovative" director Trivikram's "Celluloid"-Julayi.....He has joined the bandwagon of mundane directors of tollywood. Movie looks pretty good to watch for general telugu audience who have not had a glimpse of recent Hollywood blockbusters. Trivikram should have used his literary skills on authentic themes which are supposed to be developed by him. The punch liners, comedy and humor are great and are a routine feast like many of trivikram's movies.. Allu Arjun has not been fully utilized in dance...It is embarrassing to watch him walking forward for a thumping beat... Ileane is good and all cops were made fools in this movie..

Mr.Trivikram please do not let telugu cinema down with plagiarism. It is my humble request.
