In the film, the character of Claire is confronted by the Subject as he rattles off details of her life. He says that her favorite color is red and that her favorite movie is Blue. While this is a play on words, this is also a reference to the Krzysztof Kieslowski film in which Juliette Binoche plays a woman who, like Simone Olsen-Varela's character in this film, is struggling to cope with the death of her husband.
