A show about burgers, how could it be anything but brilliant? The show is good in that it shows burgers from lots of places across the USA and some brilliant looking burgers at that. The problem with the show is that it rats every burger as great and yet some look really poor like something you would get from the corner store or something you would get at home. The sad fact is not all burgers are great and sadly this show is too aftraid it seems to differentiate.
Too many burgers are plain looking, have very ordinary ingredients, or look average in their cooking. Nothing worse than throwing a big chunk of tomato cold for example into a burger but on this show no mention. Terrible to have a burger that is not great meat but no mention in this show. Sloppy bun no issue. No sauce just a dry burger and no extras, still a brilliant burger on this show.
