This series looks like a remake of the "Russian Doll" series, shot in the style of the "Soulless" movie. Unlike the "Russian Doll" series, the main characters of this series are trapped in a countermotion (reverse course of time) instead of a time loop, but nevertheless both series have many commonalities. Of course, some commonalities can be considered fundamental for this genre, because they were inherited from the "Mirror for a Hero" and "Groundhog Day" movies.
But there are also commonalities that can be considered a direct reference to the "Russian Doll" series. Here the main female character is also called Nadia. Kristina Asmus, playing the role of Nadia, tries to imitate raspy voice of Natasha Lyonne.
Interesting fact: premiere of the "Sansara" series (April 6) took place almost simultaneously with Natasha Lyonne's birthday (April 4).

I usually never watch Russian tv-series, but I decided to give a try to this one, because it is a sci-fi and it has a very interesting plot. Everything here happens fast, and more important - it has a very positive message. I love series like that, which I could watch non stop without getting bored. The main actor did his job excellent. It was also the first time I saw Kristina Asmus playing, and I was a little bit disappointed. Sometimes it felt like she didn't know how to play and show certain emotions.
It is also interesting to observe the main hero developing his personality without help of a professional psychologist :D I give it 9 points, because I took one point away for the bad acting of Asmus, and horrible silicon lips of the ex girlfriend of the main character.
