Only deep-cut "Twilight Zone" aficionados will know this, but actor Jay Overholts holds the record for the most number of appearances on the show (Rod Serling himself notwithstanding). Counting voice performances, Overholtz appeared in the following:
In "Where Is Everybody?" he played the voice of a radio reporter. In "One for the Angels", he played a doctor. In "A Thing About Machines", he played an intern. In "Twenty Two", he played the voice on a Pa system. In "The Odyssey of Flight 33", he played an airline passenger (pictured above). In "Static", he played a random background character. In "The Jungle", he played a cab driver. And in "Showdown with Rance McGraw", he played a cowboy.
Overholts didn't have much of an acting career beyond those eight episodes, however. He was in two episodes of "Playhouse 90" in 1959 and turned up in a single episode of "Gunsmoke" as an unnamed character.

Bollywood Khiladi Akshay Kumar’s recent encounter with fans highlights the complexities of celebrity interactions. It’s clear that while Akshay generally maintains a friendly and approachable demeanor, certain situations can still be uncomfortable, as seen in the video where a fan’s touch visibly affected him.
This incident is part of a broader trend where celebrities sometimes face awkward or intrusive behavior from fans, even with their best intentions. Similar situations have occurred with other stars, like Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sara Ali Khan, who have also had to navigate the challenges of enthusiastic fan interactions.
On the professional front, Akshay Kumar is navigating a challenging period at the box office. Despite the underwhelming performance of his recent film Khel Khel Mein, his cameo in Stree 2 was a highlight, showing that audiences still appreciate his contributions to successful projects.
Looking ahead, Akshay has several exciting projects lined up.

Kevin Hart is one of the most badass comedians of all time, never ceasing to leave fans in hysterics with his stand-up comedies and roasts. But there have been very few people who have successfully roasted him back in the most iconic way. That was until recently when the 40-year-old comedian cum actress Nikki Glaser made her entry onto that list.

At The Greatest Roast Of All Time: Tom Brady, Glaser went all in after turning up to brutally grill Hart. While her trolling him on his tiny height was one thing that had viewers in tears, the actress actually landed the final blow with an Nsfw joke about The Rock — one that even Hart couldn’t deny was absolutely savage!
Nikki Glaser Didn’t Hold Back While Roasting Kevin Hart
While Kevin Hart‘s roasts have been incredibly enjoyable, Nikki Glaser recently surpassed all of those bars.

The fabled rivalry between the two mammoth fandoms of Marvel and DC has been a marked phenomenon from time immemorial. Bring a Batman and Iron Man fan under the same roof and you’ll witness a verbal round of WWE like their life depends on it.
Chris Evans as Captain America | Marvel Studios
In a shockingly amusing plot twist, however, Marvel alum Chris Evans did the unthinkable in his forthcoming film with Black Adam star Dwayne Johnson with a DC reference so ingenious that even the two discordant fandoms can’t help but laugh together.
Chris Evans Makes An Epic Wonder Woman Reference
After playing the indefatigable MCU superhero for well over a decade, Chris Evans may have decided to bid farewell to the beloved role, but fans will never forget the indelible imprint he left as Captain America. And perhaps it is because of that very reason that it...

Metaphor: ReFantazio is Atlus’ brand new IP. Atlus is well known for creating the Persona series, but now the studio is taking what it's learned over the past several decades to take a stab at the fantasy genre rather than the typical Japanese high school life. I went hands-on with Metaphor: ReFantazio at Summer Game Fest 2024, spending one hour split across three different self-contained portions of the game. Unsurprisingly, Metaphor: ReFantazio feels very familiar to Persona in terms of core gameplay loop, but it still manages to stand out in several ways in its story, gameplay mechanics, and characters. Related: Fitness Boxing Feat. Hatsune Miku Gets in the Ring on Switch This Fall The first portion of the demo was called “Scenario,” which showed off some of the game’s story. It introduced Gallica, the protagonist's fairy companion. Much like Persona , the protagonist can choose different dialogue options to respond to other characters.

Akshay Kumar On Flops. ( Photo Credit – Instagram )
Akshay Kumar loves working, and the number of movies he does every year, and has done so far proves the same. Last year, the actor starred in three films – Selfiee, Omg 2, and Mission Raniganj. In 2024, he will appear in four movies. One of his movies, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, was released in theatres on April 11.
Like every actor, Akshay Kumar has seen ups and downs in his movie career. The actor has not always had a good time at the box office. There was a time when he gave back-to-back flops. But the Sooryavanshi actor never lost hope. In an old interview, he opened up about the phase when he gave many flops and what he learned.
In a 2018 interview with Forbes India, about giving 14 consecutive flops between 1997 and 1999, Akshay Kumar said, “It was the lowest point in my career.” But he...

Food, Inc. 2 follows the golden rule of Hollywood sequels: The second time around, the villain must be scarier and the death count higher. Directors Melissa Robledo and Robert Kenner’s 2008 documentary Food, Inc. helped spark a national conversation about the devastating economic, environmental and health effects of our industrialized food system, and built momentum for serious reform. They never intended to direct a follow-up. But since then, Big Ag has fought back, and by some measures the problems caused by corporate consolidation have only gotten worse.
Journalists Michael Pollan (The Omnivore’s Dilemma) and Eric Schlosser (Fast Food Nation), who co-narrated the first film, became famous for exposing the deep dysfunction of America’s food industry. They’ve since followed their curiosity to other realms — psychedelics for Pollan, for example, and nuclear warfare for Schlosser. But 16 years after the release of Food Inc., they’ve reteamed with the directors for the sequel,...

It's a fine time to be Alexander Skarsgård and Margot Robbie. The former is coming off starring in Brandon Cronenberg's well-received sci-fi horror movie "Infinity Pool" and reprised his role as the detestable slimeball Lukas Matsson in the final season of "Succession" to great effect. Meanwhile, Robbie anchored last year's "Barbie" -- which is now a Best Picture Oscar nominee in addition to being the top-grossing film of 2023 -- and produced Emerald Fennell's internet-breaking "Saltburn" after nearly stealing Wes Anderson's "Asteroid City" with her moving single-scene appearance. Someone should really cast those two in a movie together!
Well, what, dear reader, if I was to tell you that somebody already did?
While Robbie may have been unduly snubbed for her performance in "Barbie," she can take solace in knowing she's currently topping the charts on Netflix thanks to her and Skarsgård's 2016 vehicle "The Legend of Tarzan." I'm...

The Lion King (1994) Screenshot: Walt Disney Productions Like a lot of kids raised in the early 1900s, Walt Disney grew up in a world where corporal punishment was an accepted form of parental discipline.
