Elvis Presley Enterprises runs a disease-infested hotel where the water is full of bacteria infiltrating guests' lungs ... according to a new lawsuit. The company that runs all things Elvis has just been sued by Jennifer Walker, who says she stayed at the Guest House at Graceland this summer -- and contracted Legionnaires' disease during the vacay. Walker says she spent a lot of time at the hotel pool and hot tub and started suffering symptoms...

With an anniversary reunion in the pipeline, we celebrate macabre, inventive, brilliant comedy series The League Of Gentlemen...
“Would you describe yourself as an egregious person?” I asked Reece Shearsmith at a recent Q&A. I was nervous. Everyone else had asked questions about his writing, complimented his performances and asked about the upcoming series of Inside No 9. I just wanted to see how he’d respond. “Piss off,” he said. Actually, I shouldn’t put that in quotation marks because that’s not really what he said. What he really said was much more blue but very jovial and the audience all laughed. Phew. I was initially apprehensive that no one would get the reference but I needn’t have been. It turns out The League Of Gentlemen has a timelessness to it and a special place in the hearts of comedy fans that no other show,...

Donald Trump's inauguration speakers -- from reverends, rabbis and bishops to Jackie Evancho -- walked away from the historic day with way more than a memory ... like some gold to spruce up their swag bag. We got hold of a bag that included gold White House cuff links. There was also a mug and "Blair House" book chronicling the history of the President's Guest House. That's not all ... speakers were also treated to flights...

Et has been a frequent guest at Graceland and now Priscilla Presley is showing us the Guest House , a part of the beloved tourist attraction that lets visitors experience how Elvis would live today.
The Guest House at Graceland is a hotel adjacent to the King's mansion, which Priscilla helped design.
"This is a grand staircase, modeled after the staircase in the front room of Graceland," Priscilla says, giving a tour of the hotel. "This chandelier is a large version of the one that's hanging there now."
While the rooms inside the original mansion reflect Elvis' '70s style, The Guesthouse showcases a more updated version.
"We have five restaurants," Priscilla says. "We have kind of a man cave in the bar and grill, which has a huge pool table that Elvis loved to play. We have a 464-seat theatre for live performances, movies and large events."

In further Khloé Kardashian-and-French Montana-are-totally-probably-maybe-dating-again news... It turns out the are-they-or-aren't-they couple once again suggested that they are after being spotted partying at the Red Bull Guest House in Miami alongside fellow celeb pals Diddy and Cassie. A source tells E! News the foursome came in together and first went through the Public School gifting suite and were gifted a capsule collection of goodies (jealous!). Afterwards, French and Khloé went outside hand-in-hand to sit at the cabana by the pool together. "They were acting very much as a couple," the insider tells E! News. Boasting wild pool parties and their signature, 2-6Am breakfast club, the lineup this year is massive, and you can absolutely be sure that this will be one of the hottest tickets during Miami Music Week.
With a little something for everyone, Red Bull Guest House boasts names like Seth Troxler, Kygo, Duke Dumont, Pete Tong and even Lil Wayne. It’s an eclectic mix of artists, to be sure, but one that will no doubt provide for some quality music and partying.

"Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." executive producer Jeffrey Bell has confirmed that the blue alien appearing in the 'Guest House' is a member of an intergalactic race, originally appearing in Marvel Comics, that will be officially revealed December 2, 2014 in the series episode "Ye Who Enter Here":
The Kree first appeared in Marvel Comics' "Fantastic Four" #65 (August 1967), created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby.
"...our people don't know anything about the 'Kree' or that there's a planet full of them," said Bell. "What they do know is that the strange carvings created by 'Coulson' after he was injected with the Kree serum are actually the map of a city, and they need to find that city before 'Hydra' does. But where is it? Here or on another planet?"
'Ronan the Accuser', the super-villain of "Guardians of the Galaxy", was also a member of the Kree race.

Here are two separate, though not necessarily equal, ways to get good reviews for your hotel: 1) Address the complaints expressed in the review to improve the quality of service provided at your hotel. Apologize to the customer for the issues and, if need be, offer to reimburse the cost of their stay or otherwise compensate them for their troubles. 2) Threaten every guest who posts a bad review with a $500 fine. The Union Street Guest House in Hudson, N.Y. apparently went with the later. Though it has now been removed from their website, Page Six reports the website policy used to include a passage saying: "Please know that despite the fact that wedding couples love Hudson and our inn, your...

Previously on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D… well, let’s just say trust is a little hard to come by these days. S.H.I.E.L.D. has fallen. The team itself remains wary of whom they can actually count on, thanks to the events of last week. Hydra, which has been quietly infiltrating the organization for far longer than anyone can really comprehend (pawning a little background from Zola and Winter Soldier here) has finally prevailed. And just when we thought we had everyone figured out, Ward — Ward, of all people! — has gone to the dark side.

Nina Agdal is talking romance! E! News caught up with the 22-year-old model at the Red Bull Guest House in Miami during Miami Music Week where she revealed the best piece of dating advice she's ever gotten. "I'm very young and not settled with anybody right now," Agdal said. "I do think a lot of women (and men) go into relationships believing they can change the other person. That's how people end up unhappy in a relationship. Love the person for who he or she is, not what you're imagining them to be or hoping they can change to." Agdal, who previously dated The Wanted's Max George, also revealed her celebrity crush. "I think Ashton Kutcher is adorable and he's...

One of the things I've noticed is that "Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D." is very careful to just show scenes in their "previously on" montage that directly relate to the episode ahead. It makes sense we'd see a little bit of what happened last week to Skye and Coulson and the rest of the team, but I was surprised to see them include a moment of May and Ward discussing their surreptitious sex life. The show is feeling more and more serialized each week. We pick up immediately after the end of last week's episode, with Lorelei (Elena Satine) still traveling with the groom she stole from his own honeymoon. She finds a motorcycle gang that better suits her ambitions, and she tosses away the first guy like a dirty tissue. She's obviously looking to assemble an army of men under her own control, and because of her powers, it makes...

Welcome to Issue #37 of The Marvelous Da7e!
This week we’re going to have to unleash spoilers for Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Avengers: Age of Ultron and up through last night’s Marvel’s Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. I’m guessing that’s probably your bag, but in case it isn’t, I’ll put the advertising/fun info-graphic right up front.
In hopes you BuyCostumes(dot com), and in honor of next week’s ABC Marvel special that will give us a look at Age of Ultron, here’s a fun Avengers info-graphic.
Yay!
Ok, onto the real talk.
When Agent Coulson asked Lady Sif what alien races were blue on last night’s Agents of Acronym, I had two primary reactions: 1) suck it, people who thought it was an Atlantean. Not while Namor’s screen rights are elsewhere! and 2) oh, I hope she says Kree.

Welcome to The Marvelous Da7e, issue #36!
This week: Spoilers up to the current point (and maybe beyond) of Marvel’s ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’
Sorry, ABC. With ‘Gotham’ rounding out its main cast and ‘Arrow’ managing to expand it’s universe without f*cking it all up (or so I’m told by my friend Julian, who is in the process of forcing me to watch ‘Arrow’), with Netflix ready to make 60 episodes and a mini-series and photos of a new live-action Flash making the rounds, it’s ‘Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ that has the title of the worst live-action superhero show at the moment. It may not seem fair to harp on ABC more the same week as the Oscars telecast, but when ‘Heroes Reborn’ comes around, we can all enjoy what I’m sure will be a minor rage explosion from me directed at NBC.

Agents of Shield returned from its Olympic break with one clear mission -- save Skye. And as usual, it was accomplished without any team fatalities (unless you include the two Guest House guards who were likely Shield contracted).
It was truly a team effort to save our wounded non-Academy-trained hacker, who was shot twice by now in-custody trafficker and businessman Ian Quinn on orders from the mysterious Clairvoyant. The seer of seers has put a lot of careful planning into figuring out how Coulson escaped death's clutches, but the real question is if Skye's rescue is playing right into his hands.

“Oh, dear. I’m a mess.” Those words, said with all the English delicacy that Jemma Simmons can muster, pretty much sums up what I believe should be fans’ emotional state after this episode. Returning after a month-long break, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. came back in a big way. From the beginning (poor Skye!) to the end (Lorelei!) to all the action in between, the hour was an intense ride that really showed the ways in which the series is finally starting to find its feet and take advantage of its storytelling.
