    Weak Verdonian style

Thanks to the incredible success of "Qualunquemente", Antonio Albanese doubles with "Tutti tutto niente niente" that's a little more surrealistic but suffers the few time since the first movie and doesn't manage to be a good build comedy. Here it is used a classical expedient of Carlo Verdone, with the triplication of the main actor in three characters (Cetto La Qualunque again, Frengo that is an old character invented by Albanese, and a northern racist thought exactly for this movie). But this technique risks to make the movie just a collection of sketches that obey to the different behaviors of the characters, and here this risk is not avoided. The movie results as satiric and cruel as the first one, but lacks of unity and interesting plot.

    • Trivia
Antonio Albanese plays the three main characters Rodolfo Favretto, Frengo Stoppato and Cetto La Qualunque. The latter two ones are recurring characters of Albanese's performances. Frengo Stoppato (before this movie known only as Frengo) was originally a hooligan of his hometown's football club Calcio Foggia and a fan of coach Zdenek Zeman. Introduced in the TV show Mai dire gol (1990) on channel Italia 1, he was particularly known for his surreal commentaries of his club's games. In the movie his character focuses less on his football interest and more on his cannabis addiction, which led him to move to South America. Cetto La Qualunque is a corrupt and sexist politician from Calabria, first introduced by Albanese in 2003 in the TV show Non c'è problema on state-owned TV RAI and then often proposed again on other shows for RAI and Mediaset channels. After the great success of his performances as Cetto in the TV show Che tempo che fa (2003) starting from 2007, Albanese decided to make a movie about the character, Qualunquemente (2011), followed by Cetto c'è senzadubbiamente (2019). The appearance of Cetto in this movie describes his adventure in Rome with national politics, after having become mayor of his village in the first movie and before moving to Germany in the second movie. The character of Rodolfo Favretto, a racist politician from Northern Italy, was purposely created for this movie. As of 2020 his appearance in this movie is his only appearance.
