The Vietnamese cast also includes Jun Vu (“A Hundred Billion Key”) and Cong Duong (“Trang Quynh”), while the Thai ensemble features “Jomjam” Karnpicha Pongpanit (“RedLife”), “Praew” Narupornkamol Chaisang (“Master Of The House)”, “Pure” Duangjai Hiransri (“Inhuman Kiss”), and R.Nu Surasak Chaiyaat (“Love Destiny”).
The film of love, betrayal, and the supernatural, is jointly produced by Thongkham Films and Silver Moonlight Entertainment with production by Hang Trinh.

I can’t say I have a vast knowledge, or much knowledge at all of Thai action films, but I was excited to check this latest one out – Kitty the Killer.
Now, of course, action movies have never gone away. They’ve been around forever but it feels like ever since John Wick, the revenge action film has been more popular than ever, and therefore, more and more are getting made. And Kitty the Killer has some similarities with John Wick and plenty of other popular action movies.
There is a revenge story here (although no dog this time), and there is a ‘Guardian’ of the killer (or killers) – another thing that has been popularized lately, see Killing Eve, The Kingsman, etc., and there are plenty of fight scenes.

On the occasion of Kitty the Killer being released on theaters in the US by Epic pictures group, Lee Thongkham (inside a taxi!!) talks about shooting an action movie, the inspiration behind the story and cats, the anime-like approach, the animation, the cinematography, the casting particularly Ploypailin Thangprapaporn as Dina and Denkhun Ngamnet as Charlie, the most difficult scene and his favorite one, cinematography, the Thai movie industry and his next projects, which may include a sequel.

"We are nothing if we don't obey the Agency." Epic Pictures Group has revealed a new official US trailer for a kick ass Thai film called Kitty The Killer, about a female assassin. Don't confuse that title with her being a kitty killer, or a killer with a kitty - not the same. A highly trained teenage assassin, Dina, and her mentor, Charlie, form an unlikely duo as they unexpectedly join forces to fight back and stop a sinister plot and save millions. When Dina is betrayed by Keng's organization, she unites with Charlie for vengeance. Featuring brutal animated sequences blended with live action. "The cast and crew worked tirelessly to bring Kitty the Killer to life, creating jaw-dropping action sequences." Starring Ploypailin Thangprapaporn as Dina, with Denkhun Ngamnet as Charlie, Nara Aniwat, Vithaya Pansringarm, and Somchai Kemglad as Keng. Of course this reminds me of Kill Bill Vol. 1,...
