Hanung Bramantyo, the Producer of this film, plays the character of Sumohadi, a corrupt entrepreneur.

Bunga Citra Lestari who plays Ainun, is also the singer of the Original Soundtrack for this Film.

The scene when Habibie could not sleep (also pretending to use his pillow as his body to prevent his wife being suspicious) and returned to his study room is also based on the book he wrote titled "Detik-Detik Yang Menentukan" (The Decisive Seconds) which explains the transition from the Soeharto to Habibie Administration during May 1998.
