Before the song sequence in which Shivudu and Avanthika make love to each other, Shivudu rips off both the sleeves of Avanthika's top. But in the next scene after the song, Avanthika's top is seen with sleeves.

The bracelet on Avanthika keeps changing from her right hand to left hand in multiple scenes.

Change in Shivudu's attire before and after he enters Maahishmati. How did he get a horse?

When Shivudu is about to be attacked by Avanthika, it's evening, but in the when she begins firing arrows at him, it's day.

During the War Sequence Sivagami, Bijjala Deva etc are watching the war from hill top/elevation and respond to each and every incident of war which is almost impossible as the war is happening in tens of acres and is difficult to identify who's doing what.

The edge of the rope which is released from the hands of Bhallaladeva is initially not thick enough to get stuck to the stone. But once it falls down from his hands, it's size increases. (Baahubali catches Saketa scene)

The Maahishmati idol worship scene and prepping the troops for the war should have been after meeting with Kaalakeya chief. It would have made more sense to have this scene after he refuses the offer put forth by Maahishmati kingdom.

When the Bahubali Climbs the water fall, you can see the snowy mountains and terrains. Which is very close to the Maheshmati empire. And whole empire and castle look line in Dessert terrain.

How do Devasena know about her child being alive?

When Baahubali was born at that time Kattappa was nearly 30 years old. When Baahubali gets younger then Kattappa should be nearly 50. And when Shiva or Shivudu becomes young Kattappa should be 70 years old man. But throughout the movie he is shown around 30 to 60 years old only.
