Set in a post-apocalyptic world where a mysterious virus has turned a significant portion of the population into flesh-eating zombies, "Deceased" centers around a diverse group of teenagers who navigate the chaos with a mix of bravery and naiveté. The writing is sharp, capturing the essence of adolescence while skillfully layering in the harrowing realities of survival. Already stunning and brilliantly written, this pilot leaves the viewer desiring more. I deeply hope that this show receives the recognition it deserves so that it can progress into the full length marvel it is clearly meant to be.

Deceased has the perfect blend of all the essentials, and a pace that keeps the viewer highly engaged at all times, awaiting the next turn of the plot. Clearly this pilot possesses a lot of well written characters, who surely deserve their time in the sun so that we may see them fully flourish and come into their full potential.
