This is a tense and masterfully rendered depiction of every parent's worst nightmare. The filmmaker uses the best tools of cinema to show a morning in the life of a mother going through a modern-day horror story. The camera work, editing choices and music are all top notch. I saw this at the Sedona International Film Festival in a short film block and it was evident that it made a major impact on the audience. I found out a couple days later that it had won the Best Short Drama category and these filmmakers are truly deserving. I highly recommend checking this out when it's available online or streaming.

A girl has left at home her backpackage. The care of mother, the reaction of father. The callphone and the discover of desperate situation of their daughter ,refuged in a classroom , manaced by a shooter in school.

With some tools, grace beautiful performances - the contrast between answers of parents is so realistic- . It is made a profound intense story about fear, mother total support, about encouragement and critic emotions who just feel it.

The theme is not new but it is used in admirable manner, with spectacular force and precision . You are not only viewer but witness to drama of mother, to fear of girl and to the cold final. In short, just great work.
