This is not a documentary. It can barely be called a film. Not only was the dialogue monotone & at a weird cadence, it contained a number of factual inaccuracies. All of the footage appeared to be stock videos. A colossal waste of time & money. At one point I felt like perhaps I was being trolled or that maybe this was a 4th grade art project, except that a fourth grader would probably have produced something infinitely better and more interesting. Certainly, more original. I paid $1.99 to rent this, which was $1.99 too much. I say this as someone who is a general fan of documentaries, even terrible documentaries. I can respect a bad documentary. Which this was not.

Not into witchcraft myself but I really enjoyed, this well paced documentary, that educated me and entertained me through out, with its perfect pace.
Good visuals and an interesting narrator, that kept me entertained and focused through out the entire film.
I thought this was well edited and would recommend to anyone, who is interested in witch craft and also history.
The persecution of witches was very well documented, so much so that I surprisingly felt great empathy for witches, which is something I never thought I would, bare in mind they are supposed to be evil, but off course that is slightly dispelled in this, as it delves into the facts.
A good documentary.

I knew little to nothing about witches, except that they apparently flew around on brooms and did magic, but that is obviously a very stereo typical view of them.
What i did not know, which completely shocked me, was how many people were executed, for apparently being witches, and how absolutely rediculous, the tests were, that were used to identify, some one as a witch.
So many innocent people must have died, and this documentary shines a light on it. So many people consider themselves witches nowadays, but they are obviously not evil, as was the accepted fact many centuries ago.
It seems witches have been completely miss understood and as a consequence victimized, in a shame full chapter of humanity.
