Love the dynamic with this couple! The give and take between them is great. They are both very talented and work well together. Mike's designing skills are incredible and Denece's decorating skills are amazing! The finished product is always beautiful. Very fun to watch the process of how they get there also. Great show!
The Butlers, and the Dads. 😍😍 perfect
This show is such a delight.
Denese has a wonderful personality. Seems genuine and has perfect energy for the job. I really like her designs. Mike is her perfect partner. He is more low key but seems like a super guy, who performs amazing miracles with these Frankenhouses.
She and Mike are a great team. I certainly hope there is more episodes to come.
"The Dads", what a excellent added bonus to this show. I love their relationship and chemistry.
I been an avid fan of HomeTown. Erin and Ben personalities and the genuine love of Laurel.
They have lots of build in resources for art and being in the same location. They are building their brand, with a lot of positive benefits to their community.
I really hope the Butlers get the opportunity to shine and get support and a fantastic shot at a long term relationship with HGTV.

Stumbled across this show just as their 2nd season got released. The housing area covered is the South Shore of Boston Massachusetts, from south of Quincy, to north of Fall River. The houses are interesting and varied and no one has any sort of grandiose suburban palace like many other HGTV shows seem to run towards. The homes are great, the home owners are real, the hosts actually like each other, and the results have been damned good so far.
Denese's design taste is fantastic (right up there with Izzy's wife Lily on their show Izzy Does It, who also has a sharp eye for great design style). Every project has made a point of talking budgets and everything we've seen has been within the budget and they've looked damned good when they're done. We'll be watching every one.

This is it you guys. I watched a lot of those Renovation/design shows, and they usually end up stressing me out. But this, this is different. Not only the couple is amazingly talented, they really solve problems, they better the lives of the participants, its not just for show. One thing I really hate watching design series is when the owners have a multitude of stuff and the designers just get everything out and pretend that stuff dont exist anymore. We know the house will go back to being a mess as soon as they move back in. Not in this show. They create a lot of storage and truly listen to what people ask. My only beef with them was regarding the finishing touches, in the first season: I always saw bad spots of painting, the "art" of really bad taste, som cheap looking photos, but this was gone in the second season, and this is another reason to love the show: they learn, they improved their game. Anyway, I hope you guys continue doing this for the next 20 years and my really looking forward for the next season.
Okay, so this is my favorite show right now.
Denese is a beautiful black girl. I'm really happy she's not wearing any hair extensions and wigs and false eyelashes, and all that nonsense that you see in other shows like Egypt from 'Married to Real Estate' or Christina from 'Christina on the Coast' with her long blonde extensions and hookerish make up.
The husband is a very good looking bearded white guy. And they seem to be the perfect team.
I love their fathers both carpenters and put a little bit of help here and there. But this is a refreshing show and I hope that it stays on for a while.
