For many reasons, I loved it. First, for realism and humor and portrait of fears , reserves and intense , wise love.
Second, for the image of media , creating reality for its interests . And, not last, for beautiful acting.
Indeed, a provocative, complex story but, more important, seed of a state of soul. Not exactly a homosexual story but a story about a couple and his option , about prudent attitude of Church, becoming answer reduced to dogma and about a fight with pretty surprising fruit. A short film about prejudices, part cheessy, no doubts, but poetic, honest and good kick to remind the things defining us and a new perspective about faith.
Difficult - and pretty unfair - to write too much about Mysterious Ways but simple to define it as a beautiful , touching, smart crafted film.
