Summaries

  • At the beginning of the 20th century, in the ancient city located in south region of Yangtze River, three young people from declining families became good friends. Ah Shuang's mother committed suicide and the family became scattered. He drifted alone to study and went to Beijing to attend a Russian language training center that did not pay tuition fees; Zhang resumed his studies at Peking University for a year and transferred to the affordable Peiyang University, preparing to graduate and become a lawyer; Yuyu had a passion for reading and writing, and attended the affordable Wuchang Zhonghua University. They founded a Utopian mutual aid society... They were Qu Qiubai, Zhang Tailei, and Yun Daiying, who later became early leaders of the Communist Party of China. Qu Qiubai was the highest leader of the Communist Party who sacrificed himself to the enemy's slaughter; Zhang Tailei was the highest level leader who sacrificed himself on the front line of battle; The magazine "Chinese Youth" founded and edited by Yun Daiying has been around for 100 years hitherto. The film tells the story of three young people's "path finding" life.
