Plot

A mutilated ballet dancer gets discriminated against by a troupe's leader due to her physical affliction. She finds a pair of old ballet slippers that seem to wield powers that grant her beauty and success after accidentally killing a man trying to assault her. Culminating in a ballet performance that goes terribly wrong, the film explores themes of image, identity, and passion.
