One Night Stand

Collaboration between a patron writer of Club Friday and an expert at slice-of-life hinting at tragedy in a CHANGE2561 production can't be overlooked. Soundtrack is strangely gluey. I was convinced to watch this series due to acquainted faces like Punpun, Zee, Na, Emi. Plot maintained a good thrill quotient but for the obvious since friends make perfect enemies. I needed a little more notorious involvement from Prame's character in the suspense, however, 'Prof. Phat' gave a satiating twist. P'Gap, lots of love. 'Queen' was well played with desperation and insecurities hidden under her indifferent demeanor. 'Tor' seems invincible at first but turns out to be the most gullible. Frankly, most expected antagonist for me was 'Athen'. Na, worthy of a praise, has pulled both good and bad sides of being a human commendably. Honestly the last quarter seemed glutinous in revealing the cause of death rendering the watch dull. Re-watching would feel like peddling a swan boat amidst a sludgy lake with tones of algae/weed and a jammed propeller.
