Agathe Riedinger's film does not reproduce romantic clichés. It is wonderfully authentic and, like life, unsweetened. Flawless acting and the development of characters that are hard not to get attached to. An excellent script that consciously - with a maturity rarely seen among debuts - avoids the beaten paths of drama. The director hints at them and then consistently leads us down a different route. The reality of this film is far from the black-and-white simplifications to which decades of patriarchal narrative have accustomed us. Here, the woman is the subject. Beautiful cinema, unbelievable debut. 10/10.
