I adore this woman! We became buddies after meeting through Star Now! Since I'm originally from Australia, we finally had a face-to-face meeting in London. I adore what Anastasia contributes to her incredible act! Each of us needs to be conscious of our own mental health as well as the ways that raising awareness of mental health issues might benefit others. Mental health is important, and we should promote the idea that talking about your difficulties and the things you need help with is acceptable.
