Hope's bathroom healing scene was initially planned to contain a considerable amount of vomit, and the Production company rigged a machine for this effect, but did not have the budget to clean an all-white bathroom.
Several lines of dialogue had to be rewritten on the spot, including the entire family argument scene which was unexpectedly moved to the textile room.
Green Tater Productions filmed a new commercial for the South Jersey GeekFest as a trade for being able to make use of the event.
Half of the dialogue in the 80s commercials was improvised by the actors. These were also the first scenes shot in the entire movie.
Jerry makes another appearance in the Green Taters Production show "After the End", credited as Creepy Rando.
