She has now become a young woman who is ready to explore the world, her talents and her femininity. Gabriele, who never left her in the most difficult moments of her illness, is still by her side but just as a good friend. The new Marta has changed and will have to understand once and for all what true love means for her. Also for Jacopo and Federica it is time to grow up and accept their responsibilities. After his disappointment with Dario, the handsome doctor who was treating Marta, Jacopo will decide to open his heart to him again, while Federica, who feels the desire to make a difference for someone, finds great love and begins to make plans for the future, but destiny isn't always on board with one's plans.
