A well made documentary filmed mostly in India, shows many aspects of life Iyengar influenced during his 95+ year lifetime. Yogaphiles and not will enjoy seeing the amazing way yoga transforms lives of young and old, incredibly poor and wealthy patrons, even a Catholic priest. Iyengar and his family have changed the lives of visitors from all over the world who visited his retreat, his strictness transforming them in ways they never thought possible.
