"Orphan" -- released in 2009 -- was shot in late 2007 when Fuhrman was only 10 years old. In what was her second film appearance, she was a child playing the part of an adult who is playing the part of a child.

He'll star opposite Bella Thorne in the romantic drama Midnight Sun, which Open Road will release this summer. His other credits include Go North, Dear Eleanor, Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse and Fox's Scream Queens.

The Academy Nicholl Fellowships Committee announced the winners via Livestream today. It.s the first narrative feature from writer/director Jim Lounsbury and producer Behren Schulz, who formed Eponine Films in 2009.

The plot follows experienced photographer Audrey (van der Boom) and aspiring snapper Dean (Farren) as they embark on a trip through orchard country and a passionate relationship develops.

The supporting cast includes Anna Torv, Dustin Clare, Heather Mitchell and Chris Haywood.

Schulz told If that he and Lounsbury came up with the idea on a plane trip and the first draft of the script was written in one weekend.

He raised the budget from private investors and sponsorship from Nikon and Reid Cycles. The filmmakers announced the partnership with Nikon at Tropfest last year; the film is being shot on Nikon cameras and Nikkor lenses.

Exclusive: Isabelle Fuhrman, who played memorable baddies in both The Hunger Games and Orphan, has landed the female lead opposite Samuel L. Jackson and John Cusack in The Cell. The film is an adaptation of the Stephen King thriller novel about an apocalyptic event that amounts to a pitch heard by anyone on a cell phone at a certain moment in time, which turns them into zombified beings with a herd mentality. Fuhrman will play the lead role of Alice. Paranormal Activity 2 helmer Tod Williams is directing a script by King and Adam Alleca, the latter of whom scripted Last House On The Left. Fuhrman next stars in The Wilderness Of James and Dear Eleanor. She’s repped by CAA and Management 360.

When Claire van der Boom auditioned for the role of a younger version of Diane Keaton.s character in the Us movie Life Itself, the director told her she was the only one who didn.t try to impersonate Keaton as Annie Hall in the classic Woody Allen movie.

That was the clincher and the Los Angeles-based Australian actress started shooting the film directed by Englishman Richard Loncraine (Wimbledon, My One and Only) in New York last week.

Adapted from Jill Ciment.s novel Heroic Measures, the film stars Keaton and Morgan Freeman as Ruth and Alex, a couple whose life is disrupted when the East Village apartment where they lived for 40 years is put up for sale, a bidding war ensues and Manhattan falls under a terrorism threat.

Brett Ratner and John Cheng are producing for Rat Entertainment alongside Sukee Chew for Hopscotch Pictures, Ted Hartley and Rko’s Vanessa Coifman.

Barely Lethal centres on Megan, a teenage assassin who is hunted by a former associate after she fakes her own death and enrols in a suburban high school.

Alba will play Victoria Knox, the villain of the piece who pursues Megan.

Alba will be seen in the forthcoming features A.C.O.D., Stretch, Sin City: A Dame To Kill For and Dear Eleanor and the IFC mini-series The Spoils Of Babylon.

Sneak Peek actress Jessica Alba ("Machete Kills"), who currently has a number of new features coming out in 2013 and 2014, in the August 2013 issue of "Glamour" (France) magazine.

The former "Fantastic Four" star recently wrapped "Sin City: A Dame to Kill For", currently in post-production, playing the character 'Nancy Callahan'.

Alba also co-stars in "Machete Kills", opening October 11, 2013.

Other films recently completed, currently in post-production for a 2014 release include "Stretch" and "Dear Eleanor".

Enjoying a sunny day in the Big Apple, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren got ice cream and walked around the West Village on Saturday (June 22).

The proud parents kept casual in jeans, while the guest of honor dressed up in an orange sundress, which matched her sister Haven’s capris.

Back home after shooting the drama “Dear Eleanor, “ the 32-year old has been busy with her active kiddos, with trips to the park and out shopping since her return.

Is Jessica Alba worried that her dress is too short? Though the actress stunned in yellow at the Spike TV Guys Choice Awards on Saturday, she seemed to be a little concerned about exposing more than just her mile-long legs. Hunger Games actress Isabelle Fuhrman has been added to the cast of Kevin Connolly's Dear Eleanor.

The movie stars Jessica Alba (Fantastic Four) and Joel Courtney (Super 8).

Dear Eleanor is described as a coming-of-age story following two young girls and their road trip in search of Eleanor Roosevelt, Deadline reports.

The film will play out against the backdrop of the Cuban missile crisis.

Entourage's Kevin Connolly will direct the feature, which will be produced through Leonardo DiCaprio's company Appian Way.

Amy Garcia and Cecillia Contreras wrote the script, while Chuck Pacheco, Hillary Sherman and Caleb Applegate will serve as producers on the film.

Shooting on Dear Eleanor began last week in Colorado.

Fuhrman is also known for her recent roles in Orphan and The Between, and will soon be seen in Will and Jaden Smith's After Earth.
