Heading to Tribeca this year is new short film about love and technology. "App" follows Paul, a shy engineer who has just invented an app to function as a virtual wing-woman in social venues and nights out. The problem is, he needs investors - and in order to land one, he must prove his app's aptitude by using it to seduce the hottest girl at the bar.
