Maybe the only movie I truly find worth watching again and again. Thought provoking surrealism animated Beautifully and told like a story that has been with us for ages. The idea of an event which alters reality as we know it provides the medium with which to explore anything and everything. Bringing it into the realm of studying family relationships is brilliant. Everything else that happens seems oddly relatable. Like, of course that just happened. How did I not see that coming. Making the host a pink spaghetti worm with the ability to become anything, including a sunflower is pure art. I'd love to see Mischief as the guide through Dante's Inferno. Maybe he is?
