In the heart of colonial Brazil, Miguel, a ruthless Portuguese explorer, returns from a brutal expedition to the Amazon, adorned with stolen native gems. His domestic life with Maria is marked by power abuse and oppression. Kayapo, a native man, stumbles upon Miguel's mansion, discovering the plundered treasures of his tribe. In a twist of fate, Maria fears Kayapo, but an unexpected connection unfolds as they share a hallucinogenic trip induced by Yakoana powder. Miguel, returning to the scene, clashes with Kayapo in a fierce battle that transitions from the urban setting to the jungle. Alypowe gains the upper hand, administering a dose of Yakoana powder to Miguel, triggering hallucinations of his past atrocities that will eventually drain him to collapse. Maria gives back Kayapo's stolen necklace as he goes away into the jungle now redeemed from the death of his son.
